How it works
 
Step 1

Register your account in less than 1 minute. All you need is an email address and pick your own personal password to create an account with BillsManager 

Gather all your bill information such as the amount, frequency and due dates of each bill you pay.

Take 20 to 30 minutes to key in all your bill details once into your First Plan. 

Take a few minutes to set your Alert and Settings preferences. 

Your account is up and running, it's that easy.


  Step 2

Now view My Cash Flow Forecast and see in the "Pay In" column how much you require weekly or monthly to cover your bills.

Use a Separate bank account to manage and pay all your bills.

Set up a weekly or monthly standing order from your current account to your bills bank account for the amount shown in the "Pay In" column of My Cash Flow Forecast.

BillsManager will still work if you do not use a seperate bank account for your bill payments but withdrawing money from the same account for other purposes will affect your cash flow and the money may not be there to meet your bills as they fall due. We strongly advise you to use a seperate bank account to manage your bills.  

  Step 3

Take 5 to 10 minutes weekly or monthly to Export your transactions from your online bank account.

Import your bill payment transactions to your BillsManager account to automatically update your Bills and your Cash Flow Forecast.  

You can even update your bill payments manually in Manage My Bills if you prefer.

Add or delete bills as necessary and your BillsManager account will automatically update your caahflow.

Enjoy preace of mind with your BillsManager account.
